The youth of Ji Khel Wazir tribe in Lower South Waziristan District took a unanimous decision and founded a welfare organization called Nawai Sahar Welfare Association (NASWA). The local youth unanimously formed an interim cabinet for six months, in which President Engineer Imran Wazir while General Secretary Muhammad Salam Wazir were selected, among other cabinet members Vice President Muhammad Allah, Joint Secretary Muhammad Iqbal, Media Coordinator Adam Khan Wazir, Liaison Secretary Inayat Wazir and Finance Secretary Naqeeb Khan Wazir were selected.
Addressing the inaugural function organized on this occasion, Engineer Imran Wazir, President of Nawai Sahar Welfare Association “NASWA” thanked all the participants. He said that you put a heavy responsibility on my shoulders by trusting me.
He said that I have wanted this for a long time that a welfare organization should be established to serve their tribe, through which he should raise their voice to get education for the little boys and girls in their tribe. He said that getting education is not only our duty but also the basic requirement of the modern era.
He said that Nawai Sahar Welfare Association (NASWA) is a non-political organization.
