Sindh government spokesman and law advisor Sindh barrister Murtaza Wahab arrived in Lyari, and reviewed the reconstruction work of Lyari Kukri Ground on Saturday. The officials of Karachi Neighborhood Improvement Project gave a briefing to the adviser. He also inaugurated the Haji Abdul Ghafoor Triangle Park.
While talking to media Wahab said that the Boxing Arena will be started in the Lyari Kukri Sports Stadium from the first week of January. Karate Arena and Pavilion will be opened in the second phase. Lyari has immense sporting talent and the construction of a modern sports stadium in will boost sports activities here.
He said that credit for the restoration of parks in the city goes to the PPP leadership. We will restore all parks in the city.PPP local leadership, Administrator South and DMC officers were present on the occasion.
