Creating job market
The real estate sector has shown greater progress in Pakistan, becoming a major contributor to the economic growth of the country, by making money, assets, and eventually, empires. Over the recent years, builders, construction companies, developers, realtors, and renters, etc., have accumulated greater wealth.
We see many housing societies appearing now and then, there are plenty of TV commercials poking around in entertainment hours alluring customers to get their dream houses and fulfil their lifestyle wishes. While construction companies have made a mark as a full-grown industry, real estate sector still lags behind in forming the image and persona of a trusted entity.
There is a huge space for job generation; like any other organization a real estate office at the very basic requires, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Management staff to be operating. We see many realtors managing in the minimum capacity with small offices and hardly one assistant, while dealing with major chunks of the market.

Aligning expenditure with revenues
Both Prime Minister Imran Khan and his federal minister on Finance and Revenue Mr. Shaukat Tareen frequently say that PTI’s government has been paying huge interest annually against the loans borrowed by the previous federal governments. I agree to this statement. But, at the same time, I say that the PTI government has also borrowed a lot from the international donors/agencies such as IMF during the last three and half years.
Has the PM and his financial team realized that after the completion of their five years’ tenure, the next federal government of PTI, in 2023 (if it is other than PTI) would also be paying a huge amount of interest on the loans that the government of PTI would get in its five years (from 2018-2023)? Then, that government too, would be facing the same challenge. Hence, a vicious circle of payment of interest on the received international loans would remain a permanent feature.
In order to get rid of the menace of foreign borrowings, it is necessary that our financial managers at Islamabad create a balance in our yearly expected revenues and corresponding yearly expenditure. In other words, our yearly expected expenditure should align with our expected yearly revenues. When our expenditure exceeds our expected revenues, then our governments resort to both local and international borrowing to meet that shortfall; and here arises the real problem.
For generating more revenues and growth in our economy, the federal government needs to strengthen industrial sector (through various incentives), to enhance per acre agriculture yield to increase tax net (slowly and rationally), to increase exports ( through quality products, attractive packaging and labelling, by searching new destinations), to avoid unnecessary imports, to bring direct foreign investment (so that more job opportunities are created and more flow of dollar is maintained), to lower interest rate (so that poor businessmen/entrepreneurs may take loans from commercial banks, etc.)

Threat messages
I focus on a serious issue that is going normal day by day that is threatening messages. Any communication that “im-plies or expressly declares the potential for damage delivered to targets” is considered a threatening message. Cyber-attacks are done due to hacks of your personal data, to stop these attacks cyber security can make which stop these types of activities.
Mainly there are two types of hacking one is black hacking which is used mostly for cyber crimes but the other one is authentic hacking which is used to catch criminals and has some rules and regulations.
Some disgusting people can blackmail the girls or also other people with their private data. Firstly, they hack their PCs and then blackmail them with their private data like their pics, videos, or some documents or files and then send them threatening messages by which people fear or go into depression.
I request the government to take action against them and warn all the users that if they don’t stop this activity then the government will take strict action against them and also make some software to hack these rascals.

An inspiring man called gabriel boric
It is pretty interesting to note that student protest leader Gabriel Boric has been elected the next president of Chile. In fact, Chileans are brilliant enough to vote this young budding politician to power. Way to go!
On the other hand, he has promised to take this beautiful South American country of Chile to the right economic path. His sincere and serious talks about the economic growth and people’s welfare have been just inspiring.
Just interestingly enough, I had come across many such inspiring student leaders all through my schooldays and college student days in areas like Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu in the 1990s. As a matter of fact, our world hit by many crises is in need of such inspiring people to see the light and come out of gloomy stages soon.
Right now, the international community and the world media have been paying attention to Chile and the current political climate. It is believed that Chile would see tremendous economic growth through rigorous agricultural and industrial activities.
