UAE’s nail in Kashmiris coffin!

Amidst genocide of Kashmiris by terrorist-India, on instructions of (Israel & Co.), UAE has signed an MoU with Hindu Governor of occupied Jammu & Kashmir.

The MoU is to develop real estate and industrial park including a super specialty hospital – O’ Allah – is it for treatment of bulleted freedom fighters (?).

This is first ever direct foreign engagement in IIOJK which stands (openly) against the spirit of UN resolutions, wherein, IIOJK is a disputed territory and Pakistan is main claimer on the basis of Partition Plan of the sub-continent (1947). Hence, this act of UAE is illogical; illegal and even support of terrorist-India de facto (!!).

Article 49 of Fourth (4th) Geneva Convention-1949, provides adequate protection to local population of any occupying territory with respect to right-over-their-land and security against making any demographic change/s in composition with the original population. So, India was/is bound to observe and follow the Convention in its-full-essence.

And, leadership of UAE, GCC, Arab League and OIC didn’t learn – non-Muslims will never become your friends (Al-Qur’an).

So, the best and easiest solution of J&K was/is to sever the diplomatic and economic relations with India till fulfilment of UN resolutions, wherein (she) requested for plebiscite in 1947.

Certainly, signing of an MoU by the UAE with illegal Government in IIOJK is an act of recognition, which goes (totally against) UN resolutions, international law, 4th Geneva Convention, ICJ and so on.

Shifting and then killing of (Indian) population through RAW/RSS… in occupied Jammu and Kashmir is crystal-clear which must be stopped by UNO, ICJ, international community, OIC and anyone claiming/working for protection of human- rights.

So, everyone, having sense, logic, and love… for humanity and, against terrorism, will say leadership of UAE stag nail-in-Kashmiris-coffin via MoU. So, please withdraw it otherwise, it will be an addition towards WW-III. Note it.

The Kashmir dilemma

The occupation of Kashmir by the Indian security forces has completed 74 years on 27 October (2021), a day which is observed as Black Day by the people of the occupied territory, Pakistan and the Kashmiri Diaspora around the world.

Owing to its geostrategic importance, IIOJK continues to remain a flashpoint between India and Pakistan overseeing periodic wars and successive social, economic and political losses to both the countries.
The history of the Kashmir dispute dates back to partition in 1947.

The princely state of Jammu and Kashmir was, under UN Resolution/s, given a free choice to join either Pakistan or India, but the Hindu maharaja, Hari Singh, allegedly signed the Instrument of Accession with India, and India, consequently, sent army to consolidate its hold on the territory.

It is pertinent to mention that Indian annexation of IIOJK on August 5, 2019 is illegal and against the UNSC resolutions (91 and 122).

Indeed, India re-invaded the occupied parts of the state of Jammu and Kashmir on August 5, 2019.

The most significant part of this entire episode is that Kashmiris of IIOJK have neither accepted Indian rule nor its constitutional provisions over their state.

Despite remaining under siege ever since August 5, 2019 the people of IIOJK are not ready to concede to Indian illegal annexation of the state as union territories.

Kashmiris throughout the world observe 27 October as Black Day. Upon completion of 74 years of Indian occupation of IIOJK, the people of entire state of Jammu and Kashmir once again demand international community to give them their right of self-determination as promised in UNCIP resolutions.

On its part the Government of Pakistan must reach over to UN and other international forums drawing their attention to the importance of the solution of the disputed territory

Covid-19 and vaccination centres

The second wave of Coronavirus has wreaked havoc across the country but still there are many people who are neither wearing masks nor following SOPs. Those who are found without the face mask must be fined heavily – even if they are VIPs.

To tackle the Covid-19 situation in the country, there is a need for many more vaccination centres and the vaccination capacity must also be enhanced. The facilities at government hospitals to treat Covid-19 patients also need to be scaled up.
