Need for election consciousness

Election consciousness in masses plays a pivotal role in shaping the democratic fabric of a society. It represents the awareness and engagement of the general public in the electoral process, reflecting their understanding of the importance of choosing leaders who align with their values and aspirations. Firstly, a heightened election consciousness fosters informed decision-making. When individuals are aware of the political landscape, candidates’ positions, and key issues, they can make more thoughtful choices at the ballot box.

This awareness is crucial for ensuring that elected officials genuinely represent the will of the people, creating a more responsive and accountable government. Moreover, election consciousness empowers citizens to actively participate in the democratic process. Informed voters are more likely to engage in discussions, attend political events and even run for office themselves. This active involvement contributes to a vibrant and dynamic political environment, where diverse voices are heard and considered.

Furthermore, election consciousness serves as a check against misinformation and manipulation. In an era where information spreads rapidly through various channels, an electorate with high awareness is better equipped to discern fact from fiction. This resilience to manipulation helps maintain the integrity of the electoral system, reinforcing trust in the democratic process. However, challenges persist in cultivating widespread election consciousness. Socioeconomic factors, educational disparities and information accessibility can contribute to varying levels of awareness among different segments of the population.

Bridging these gaps requires targeted efforts in civic education, ensuring that all citizens have access to the knowledge necessary for active participation in the democratic process. In conclusion, election consciousness in masses is the bedrock of a healthy democracy. It not only facilitates informed decision-making but also encourages active citizen participation and guards against the pitfalls of misinformation. As societies strive for inclusive governance, nurturing and promoting election consciousness remains a crucial endeavour for the sustained vitality of democratic principles.

Broken promises

I am greatly frustrated when politicians come and promise us heaven and they don’t deliver . The minor children have now been dismissed from school as the grace period has lapsed and, therefore, are not attending school and this is taking a toll on them and affecting them psychologically as the dismissal is embarrassing for them. All they need are numbers and promise fake future for the kids.

The world should pile pressure on the Zimbabwean government to change democratically. Politicians have to be honest, politics have to be honest. Zimbabweans are tired of these lies. Now we have seen the character of President Mnangagwa. He only cares about his kids who are studying abroad.

The President of Zimbabwe should not act as if he is blind to see the apparent extensive damage that the country is going through. His inabilities and incapacities are crystal clear which eloquently means he should be dumped into the history dustbin.

Poverty’s harsh realities

Poverty is a significant and complex issue that affects countless individuals and communities worldwide. it’s a harsh reality that so many people struggle to meet their basic needs, such as food, shelter and healthcare. Poverty can have far-reaching consequences.

The impact of poverty goes beyond just the lack of material resources. It can lead to social exclusion, limited access to healthcare and education and increased vulnerability to crime and exploitation. Breaking the cycle of poverty requires addressing its underlying causes, such as income inequality, systemic barriers and lack of economic opportunities.

Efforts to combat poverty can involve a multi-faceted approach. This includes implementing social safety nets, providing access to quality education and healthcare, promoting inclusive economic growth. Additionally, raising awareness, supporting organizations that assist those in need and advocating for policies that promote equality and opportunity are crucial step in addressing poverty. Lets continue to raise awareness, support one another and strive for a more equitable and compassionated world.

Gurion vs Suez Canal

Prime Minister of Israel repeatedly said, “We will convert Gaza into a graveyard. We are fighting with animals and acting accordingly”. Everyone knows that Palestinian soil was captured by Jews with “sole” wishes of UN on 05 May 1948. And Jewish are missing that their forefathers begged shelter from Palestinian Muslims, so, they accepted them on humanitarian grounds. This was time, when, no country across the globe was ready to do so (!)

Hitler crushed 60,000+Jews and left a few. He also spoke historical worlds at that moment which are proving well today too – I am leaving them so that world-in-future-judge, why, I crushed them (?) Majority of the world is not aware about International Criminal Court’s decision, when Jewish litigated over Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque. Though, judges consisted of – European arbitrators, impartial judges, lawyers, international historians and archaeologists, yet without Muslim representation. Even then, decision was in Muslim’s favour!

History is also witnessing that before the establishment of Israel, Gaza was part of Palestine under Ottoman rule and later on, British occupation too. In 1947, when British decided to leave, they left fate of Palestinian Muslims on United Nations- This organization is still, without Muslim representation, despite second largest population over the globe(?!). The UN divided Palestine into two States – on their formula of divide and rule. Since then, Zionist began to expel Palestinians from their homeland and UN, UNSC, IHRO, IHRC… remained mum!

Israel and Co., have (well) planned to create Gurion Canal as an alternate to Suez Canal for capturing global trade and Middle East’s soil totally. The US (creator of atomic bomb) proposed to drop 520-nuclear-bombs on the Negev Desert for creating the canal in question. So, this scribe contends that this war is indeed a crucial element in the establishment of the de facto ‘Gurion vs. Suez Canal’ dynamic (!)

Climate change

I’m worried about something really important: climate change. It’s like our Earth is feeling too hot, and it’s causing some big problems. The weather is acting strange, with more heatwaves, heavy rain, and strong storms. This can be tough for people and animals. Also, ice is melting, making sea levels rise and affecting places near the water. But here’s the good part: we can do something about it! Using less energy, like turning off lights, and planting more trees can help. Trees are like Earth’s superheroes; they soak up the stuff making our planet too warm. Even big groups, like governments and businesses, can help by using clean energy from the sun and wind. This way, we can stop making too much pollution. Let’s all work together to make our Earth a happy and healthy place for us and the ones coming after us.
