A Palestinian child’s letter to Israel

This may not surprise you but I am one of the victims of your terrific bombardments in my beloved homeland. There are some feelings I wish to express even though I have taken abode far from the place you have snatched from us. I have left behind the world of pain and suffering you created for us. My bruises and bleeding are gone but I can’t forget the trauma you gave me before death. Luckily, I managed to clutch the toy I was playing with and bring it here when you shattered my house with an explosion.

You shall no longer instil fear and danger in my heart, for I have transcended your relentless torment. However, the ache for my family, my mama, baba and my younger sister, with whom I once played, remains deep. They are now displaced with no shelter, food and water. I miss those days when I was newly introduced to the words of love, joy and happiness and when my entire world revolved around my family, school and friends. You have ruined it all and given constant grief to my loved ones on earth.

Why did you take revenge on me when your enemy was someone else? Alas, you have deprived me of the warm hugs and tender kisses of my mama. You have blemished the innocence of my childhood. Your actions have introduced me to words like war crimes, terrorism, genocide and mass murder.

Let me assure you that I have found solace in heaven. Here, we enjoy good food and nice shelter to live. I have befriended my fellow Palestinian friends and meet new faces of them every day. Fear and anxiety no longer haunt me, for there is no place for conflict, hatred and division here.

Don’t forget that the greed you have in your heart will not sustain you for long, as more and more people will gather and expose your dirty face. Rest assured, “My People” will ultimately win; conquering the world with love and compassion, for these are the only forces that prevail.

Urgent appeal to UNSG

I, being the Secretary General, Kashmir Peace Institute, am writing to express my profound concern regarding the persistent lack of implementation of United Nations Security Council (UNSC) rulings and recommendations by specific member nations in UN-listed disputes. The ongoing non-compliance with these directives not only erodes the authority of the UNSC but also sustains conflict and injustice in the affected regions.

In light of the above, I urgently call for the establishment of a dedicated body, the UN Recommendations Implementation Commission, tasked with ensuring the enforcement of UN decisions. This commission would play a pivotal role in upholding international peace and security. Your attention to this matter is crucial for promoting global stability and justice.

UN is not guilty?

This scribe is rest-assured that 99.9% of Muslims in general and Arabs (particularly), are not aware of a decision of the International Court (IC) 93 years ago, when Muslims and Jews litigated over the issue of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque through IC. Though, participants consisted European arbitrators, impartial judges, lawyers, international historians and archaeologists, yet without Arab/Muslim amongst them.

The IC’s decree regarding ownership of the entire Holy Mosque in Jerusalem in 1930 was that “Western Wall belongs to Muslims alone because it constitutes an integral part of the area of Noble Sanctuary, which is part of endowment property. Muslims also own ownership of the sidewalk located in front of the wall and in front of area known as Al-Magharibi Quarter opposite the wall.

The provisions of the above “Order” were put into effect on June 8, 1931, and the British Government issued a white-paper on the subject that recognized Muslim ownership of the place and their disposition of it. Both international ruling and white paper forced the Jews to adhere to their borders. On the basis of IC’s decree, the King of Britain (also) issued a royal decree known as “Western Wall Decree of 1931” which was published in Official Gazette of Palestine. Even then, the UK & Co is backing Israel fully till-today and UN is sitting idle on the killing of Palestinian Muslims.

Another serious guilt was initiated through the UN Partition Plan of 1948, in which more than 50% of the Palestinian territory under the Ottoman Empire was given to Israel. The remaining territory was designated for establishment of Palestinian State. Was/is it logical – O’ Thakedars of justice? Certainly, since the UN’s establishment, well-planned butchering of humanity, especially Muslims, is going on around the globe. Kashmir continues to bleed under terrorist India since partition. What happened in Iraq and Afghanistan. Even then UN is not guilty.

Save humanity

The sorrowful scent of Palestine’s land has once again been tainted by the death of thousands of innocent people. The war between Israel and Palestine has erupted, exacting a heavy toll in lives lost.

According to the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza, the death toll has risen to 900, with injuries reaching 4,500. Tragically, a significant number of Israelis have also lost their lives. This conflict between Palestine and Israel is deeply harrowing, resulting in discrimination of people’s rights and the tragic loss of lives. Israel, without regard for innocent lives, has employed violent nuclear bombs, causing immense destruction in Palestine.

In light of these events, I fervently pray to the Almighty for the betterment of the situation in Palestine and Israel. I earnestly urge the authorities to work towards bringing an end to this devastating conflict.

Medicine shortage

The shortage of medicine in Pakistan, especially for cancer treatment, has become a serious dilemma, putting patients at risk. Several companies and industries are failing to produce crucial medicines. Furthermore, the prices of other medicines are unaffordable. Moreover, patients suffering from life-threatening diseases are unable to afford the necessary medications. In conclusion, the government must take steps to improve the production of medicines.
