Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Pakistan, Oybek Arif Usmanov on Wednesday invited the business community led by Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) leadership to participate in the ‘Tashkent International Investment Forum’ and promoted mutual trade relations.
Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan Oybek Arif Usmanov meet the FPCCI President, Atif Ikram Sheikh at capital office Islamabad and invited FPCCI delegation under his leadership to participate in the ‘Tashkent International Investment Forum’ to be held on May 2nd and 3rd under the patronage of President of Uzbekistan, Mr. Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Both sides discussed various issues including bilateral trade cooperation, investment and also exchange of trade delegation under Pakistan and Uzbekistan Business Council.
The Ambassador of Uzbekistan highlighted the effectiveness of the Tashkent International Investment Forum on this occasion and he said that this prestigious forum is International investment forum under the patronage of the President of Uzbekistan, Mr. Shavkat irziyoyev in which international investors and businessmen will gather in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, and discuss bilateral and multilateral investment and business opportunities.
Uzbek envoy said that many agreements regarding investment and businesses will be signed in Tashkent International Investment Forum, which will not only promote global investment but also businesses in the region. Oybek Arif Usmanov said that the major investment institutions and individual investors of the world will participate in the ‘Tashkent International Investment Forum’ which will provide a huge opportunity for multilateral cooperation to the partners. The Uzbek ambassador said that it is a great opportunity for FPCCI to participate in this international forum under the patronage of the President of Uzbekistan and become a part of the international investment and business vision of the President of Uzbekistan.—APP
