The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore (UVAS) on Thursday arranged 1st UVAS women leadership programme in connection with women empowerment through Women Involvement in Learning and Leadership (WE-WILL) here at City Campus.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Nasim Ahmad presided over the inaugural session of the programme while Dean Faculty of Bio-sciences Prof Dr Habib-ur-Rehman, Dean Faculty of Animal Production & Technology Prof Dr Saima, Chairperson Department of Anatomy and Histology Prof Dr Hafsa Zaneb, Prof Dr Aneela Zameer Durrani and many other senior female faculty & administration staff members from different campuses of UVAS were also present.
While addressing the inaugural ceremony, Prof Dr Nasim Ahmad said that female strength was increasing rapidly in faculty and administration of UVAS last two decades and they performing their duties with full of dedication.
