US ambassador holds talks with KP CM

Ambassador of the United States (US) to Pakistan, Donald Blome, Friday called on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Mahmood Khan in Peshawar and held a discussion with him on matters of mutual interest between the two governments.

The KP chief minister welcomed the US ambassador on his first visit to the province, and thanked the US government for cooperation and collaboration with the KP government in various fields.

“The provincial government and the people of the province value US cooperation in various fields,” said Chief Minister Mahmood Khan. Both the chief minister and the US ambassador expressed commitment to continue mutual cooperation in the fields of public welfare. Provincial finance minister, Additional Chief Secretary Shahab Ali Shah and other officials were also present on the occasion.—INP
