A top faculty and administration meeting here at Hafiz Hayat Campus of the University of Gujrat (UoG) on Wednesday discussed various proposals to better facilitate the students ahead of the new academic year as the number of new admission applications has already touched a record 35,000 and more applications continue to pour in during the ongoing Admission Fall-2021.
The meeting was chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr Shabbar Atiq and attended by Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr Muhammad Faheem Malik, controller examinations, chairpersons, HoDs, Program Coordinators, directors of various administration departments as well as directors of the UoG city campuses.
The vice chancellor said that the heads of various departments should step up efforts to achieve complete vaccination of students. He also called for a careful and error-free processing of admission applications, saying merit should always rule the roost in all UoG endeavours.
