The UEIANS Alumni Annual Dinner and Cultural Events were organized by the Office of the Alumni Relations at the main campus of the University of Education, Lahore.
The event was presided over by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Talat Nasir Pasha (Hilal-i-Imtiaz, Stara-i-Imtiaz) while UE Alumni and Chief Executive Officer of 9D Technologies Abdus Salam was the Chief Guest. Renowned motivational speaker and intellectual Qasim Ali Shah, Pro Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammad Alam Saeed, Director Office of Alumni Relations Dr. Ijaz Ahmed Tatla, social personalities and a large number of former students of the university were present on this occasion. A MoU was also signed between UE and Association for Academic Quality (AFAQ)
In the event, cultural shows of the four provinces of beloved County were held, in which the performances of the students set the stage. A healthy discussion with a literary seat ignited fertile minds. Speaking on this occasion, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Talat Nasir Pasha (H.I., S.I.) said that well-educated and trained graduates are the capital of any institution. We are also proud of our graduating students, who are making the name of not only their institutions but also their country bright by performing outstanding works in various fields of life. He said that the main purpose of the University of Education, i.e. the best education and training of teachers, has always been prioritized, but keeping in mind the needs of the country, the establishment of other fields including science, business and arts has also been made possible. The Vice-Chancellor also congratulated the organizers for the excellent arrangements for the successful events.
