Uae Jobs 2026 For Pakistanis With Salaries Up To Aed1 18million

Career opportunity for Pakistani job seekers as Emirates Group announced more than 100 vacancies across aviation and corporate sectors, with some roles offering eye-catching salaries and benefits. For eligible Pakistanis looking to build a career in the UAE, these openings could be a chance to turn a job search into an international career.

The recruitment drive covers wide range of fields, including I.T., engineering, aircraft maintenance, airport operations, logistics, human resources, customer service and other aviation-related roles. The openings offer opportunities for both experienced professionals and candidates at earlier stages of their careers.

Eligible Pakistani citizens can apply for positions that are open to international candidates and expatriates, provided they meet the educational qualifications, professional experience and other requirements specified for each vacancy.

Theere is compensation being offered to experienced pilots. Emirates is offering Direct Entry Captains a tax-free annual package of up to AED 1.185 million, equivalent to approximately US$320,000. The package includes average annual cash component of around AED 575,000, along with company-provided accommodation, educational support for up to three children, insurance, travel benefits and 42 days of annual leave. The package is based on an average of 85 flying hours per month.

Emirates is also offering an attractive compensation structure for cabin crew. The basic salary is AED 4,980 per month, with an additional AED 69.60 paid for every flying hour. Based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours per month, the total average monthly salary comes to approximately AED 11,244.

For aspiring pilots, Emirates operates its National Cadet Pilot Programme, under which stipends and salaries increase progressively during ground school and flight training. Compensation eventually reaches AED 52,105 per month for a First Officer. However, the programme is specifically reserved for UAE nationals and is therefore not open to Pakistani applicants.

The wider recruitment campaign remains particularly significant for international professionals because a substantial number of Emirates vacancies are open to candidates from outside the UAE. Pakistani professionals with relevant qualifications and experience may find opportunities in technology, engineering, maintenance, logistics, airport operations, human resources, customer service and other corporate and aviation functions.

Candidates interested in these opportunities can search vacancies and submit applications through the official Emirates Group careers portal. Applicants are advised to carefully review the requirements for each position because eligibility, nationality conditions, educational qualifications and experience requirements vary from one vacancy to another.

The large-scale recruitment drive comes as the global aviation industry continues to expand following the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Airlines are increasingly seeking skilled professionals to support growing operations and passenger demand.

For Pakistani professionals and young job seekers looking to build an international career, Emirates’ latest recruitment campaign could represent a significant opportunity. With more than 100 vacancies and compensation packages that include tax-free salaries, accommodation, education support, travel benefits and substantial annual leave, the hiring drive is expected to attract strong interest from candidates across the region and beyond.
