The Consul General of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Karachi, BakheetAteeq Al-Remeithi, underscored Pakistanis’ significant contribution to Dubai’s development during the inauguration of an Arabic Language Center at the Government Vocational Training Institute in Buffer Zone area.
The center, established with the cooperation of the UAE and Stivita, aims to facilitate language learning and enhance employment prospects for Pakistani nationals in the Gulf region. Consul General BakheetAteeq Al-Remeithi highlighted the historical ties between Pakistan and the UAE, noting that many Pakistanis play pivotal roles in various sectors across different cities in the UAE.
He emphasized the importance of Arabic language proficiency for Pakistanis seeking employment opportunities in the Gulf, especially in addressing language barriers and effectively communicating with healthcare professionals.
Expressing optimism for the future, the Consul General assured that Pakistanis would receive preferential treatment in job opportunities across sectors in the UAE. Additionally, he announced plans to facilitate visa processes for students of the vocational center, opening avenues for employment in the UAE. He urged students to remain vigilant against misinformation on social media platforms.
