WASHINGTON – US President Donald Trump has officially created the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG), marking the second step in his plan to resolve the ongoing Gaza conflict.
This move follows his earlier proposal of a 20-point roadmap aimed at achieving lasting peace, stability, and prosperity in the region.
The NCAG will be led by Dr. Ali Sha’ath, a technocratic leader tasked with overseeing the restoration of public services, rebuilding civil institutions, and stabilizing daily life in Gaza. According to the White House, the goal is to lay the groundwork for long-term self-sustaining governance in the region.
The formation of the NCAG is aligned with United Nations Security Council Resolution 2803 (2025), which supports Trump’s Comprehensive Plan and the establishment of the Board of Peace.
The Board will play a crucial role in overseeing the 20-point plan, mobilizing international resources, and ensuring accountability as Gaza transitions from conflict to peace.
To support the Board of Peace’s mission, a founding Executive Board has been created, consisting of high-level leaders with expertise in diplomacy, development, infrastructure, and economic strategy. The members of the peace board include:

Aryeh Lightstone and Josh Gruenbaum have been appointed as senior advisors to manage the Board’s operations. Additionally, Nickolay Mladenov will serve as the High Representative for Gaza, acting as the link between the Board of Peace and the NCAG. Major General Jasper Jeffers has been named Commander of the International Stabilization Force (ISF), charged with leading security efforts and facilitating the safe delivery of aid and reconstruction materials.
President Trump has urged all parties to collaborate with these entities for the swift implementation of the peace plan.
