RAWALPINDI – Three terrorists including two high-value targets were killed during a clearance operation in Kech area of Balochistan, said the military’s media wing in a statement.

Pakistani forces launched operations against terrorists after the outlawed Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) staged twin assaults on army posts in the Naushki and Panjgur districts of Balochistan, martyring seven troops.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation was conducted on a makeshift Terrorist hide-out linked with recent terrorist activities in Panjgur.

The terrorists’ hideout was surrounded on a major intelligence tip-off. Security forces encircled the well dug-out terrorists and in an intense exchange of fire killed all three terrorists hiding there.

“The killed individuals include terrorist commander Summair alias Bahar, terrorist commander Altaf alias Lalik and Terrorist commander Phailan Baloch who was involved in terrorist activities against security forces in #Hoshab , #Panjgur and other areas,” read the statment.

The killed terrorists were involved in terrorist activities in complete Balochistan. A cache of arms and ammunition recovered from hideout.
