Three more members of the assembly joined the Jahangir Tareen group. Members of Jhang and Rawalpindi met Jahangir Tareen and assured him of full cooperation.
According to details, three more members have joined the group of senior PTI leader Jahangir Tareen.
From Jhang, PTI MNAs Sahibzada Mehboob Sultan and Sahibzada Amir Sultan called on Jahangir Tareen.
Meanwhile, Punjab Assembly member Tanveer Butt from Rawalpindi called on Jahangir Tareen. The current political situation was discussed during the meeting.
Talking on the occasion, the MLAs said that Jahangir Tareen has rendered invaluable services to the PTI and all our support is with Jahangir Tareen. He said that together we will fight the ongoing conspiracy within the party.
On the other hand, key leaders of Jahangir Tareen Group met Governor Punjab Chaudhry Sarwar and conveyed their concerns.
Among those who called on Governor Punjab were Raja Riaz, Provincial Minister Ajmal Cheema and Khayal Ahmed Castro.
He assured the leaders that all their concerns would be addressed and he would play his role to ensure a speedy meeting with Imran Khan.
Earlier, PTI National Assembly member Syed Faizul Hassan Shah from Lala Musa had also joined the Jahangir Tareen camp and said, “I stand with them to thwart the conspiracy”.
He appealed to Prime Minister Imran Khan to take immediate notice of the ongoing campaign against Jahangir Tareen.
