ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Administration organized a three-day book fair at the Islamabad Public Library with the aim to promote book reading.
The event started last day with a literary walk led by Aqib Daniyal, president of Pakistan Ideological Civilization. After the walk, ICT Director-General Asim Ayub and Library Department Director-General Muhammad Arshad visited various stalls and talk to the visitors and library staff.
Speaking on the occasion, Asim Ayub appreciated the efforts of promoting reading habit. He assured providing full support to the Library Department for providing best possible facilities to visitors. He also planted a sapling in the premises.
Speaking at the seminar titled ‘Read Your Way’, the speakers highlighted the importance of reading.
