Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) president Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has said that those who speak or write against national interests should be severely punished.

If there is any evidence against the national interest, even the highly influential man should not deserve concession, he added.

Former prime minister and senior politician also appealed that activists of all parties should forget their differences and work together for the relief activities and rehabilitation of the flood victims.

Rains and floods have affected the common man badly, he added. Chaudhry Shujaat said that we should especially thank the countries that have helped the flood victims.

Lauding the services of donors and volunteers, he said that political leaders should encourage such people irrespective of their party affiliations.
