The Kulbhushan enterprise
THE terrorist activities and inhumane acts of an Indian spy are not hidden from anyone. According to sources, the arrested spy is Kulbhushan Yadav, a 51-year-old commander of India’s intelligence agency RAW, who was born on 16 April 1970, to Sudhir Yadav and Avanti Yadav in Sangli district of Maharashtra, India.
Through Iranian land, a network of insurgency and terrorism was operating in Pakistan’s largest province Balochistan.
The said Indian terrorist naval officer Yadav became an officer in the Indian Army in 1987 and with the passage of time was selected for Indian intelligence due to his appearance and face cuts to Balochi people and was sent to Balochistan for insurgency and to promote violence in the region.
Internationally convicted terrorist Kulbhushan Yadav is an Indian Navy commander involved in subversive activities inside Pakistan and was arrested on March 3, 2016 during an anti-intelligence operation in Balochistan.
The Indian government recognized Yadav as a former naval officer but denied any current links with him, saying he had taken early retirement and had been abducted from Iran.
While this is a hoax and Kulbhushan was on duty and he was arrested by Pakistani intelligence agencies tracing the messaging network and landed sources.
On April 10, 2017, KalbhushanYadev was sentenced to death by Field General Court Martial in Pakistan.
On May 18, 2017, the International Court of Justice stayed the execution pending the final decision of the case.
On July 17, 2019, the court rejected India’s appeal for Yadav’s release and ordered Pakistan to suspend the execution.
It decided that Pakistan would have to review the entire trial and sentencing process of Kulbhushan Yadav and provide consular access to India.
Pakistan acknowledged this because the Indian spy was arrested with all the evidence and he also confessed his sins and in the light of the decision of the international court in this regard, Pakistan once gave consular access to India so that justice be done and all the requirements of justice be met by Pakistan including arrangements of meeting with his family.
Subsequent requests, however, were blocked due to various other reasons and circumstances.
It should be noted that the one who is being vilified by India for proving his innocence is the killer of innocent Pakistanis.
Looking for shoulders whose mothers are still soaked in the memory of their loved ones and whose sisters are still saddened by the memory of their brothers who fell prey to this murderous network, the question arises as to how and with what face they sought justice?
Indian guy is answerable for the terrorist activities for sure.I still remember the twenty-one laborers of Kharan who went out of their homes to earn a living and feed the children.
They were engaged in the construction of the dam and got killed because the enemy across the border and its spy Kulbhushan was building this trap.
He wanted to spread unrest in Pakistan and create problems of public order but these innocent lives were lost and indeed at the hands of this KalbhushanYadev and India.
So how and from whom do you ask for justice? India must be answerable to the families of those who lost their loves ones life in this bloody spy game.
I still remember the innocent civilians who lost their life in the bomb blasts in Quetta who came from Quetta and its suburbs to work and for the future of their children.
Luckily the brave security forces of Pakistan turned the table and the Indian lost their game with arrest of Kulbhushan.
The loved ones of those killed by Kulbhushan enterprise are still looking for justice, their children are still cursing for the killer and then from what mouth do you ask for justice for Kalbhushan ?
India must be answerable for terrorist activities in the region.Kalbhushan Yadev, who killed innocent souls for his adventures, be pardoned, of course not, because the state has a responsibility to be the voice of the common man and to give justice and it is a sorrow state of affairs that decision of the military court was upheld by the international court.
Since the death penalty is not preferred in Europe and other countries but death penalty in Pakistan is still not abolished due to the reason that criminals charged for terrorism are required to be booked under law.
The position of the international court was correct that this is an internal matter of Pakistan.
Our politicians have been pushing their position to gain the support of the western world for their own benefit but the truth is that India will have to give an nswer sooner or later for the malpractices of intelligence network in Pakistan.
But there is no forgiveness and neither is Kalbhushan innocent and he will have to pay back for his subversion activities.
The Indian government is accountable for all unrest in Balochistan and responsible for terrorist activities but after arrest of Kalbhushan Yadev there is peace in the region now.
The fair treatment of India would be to bring Kalbhushan to the gallows so that it should not think of any misadventure in the future.
