Terror by India

The damning revelations presented before a US federal court have once again exposed the true face of India — not as a victim of terrorism, as it so often claims, but as one of its chief sponsors and exporters.

The evidence brought forward by US prosecutors confirms what Pakistan has long maintained: that India uses its intelligence agencies not to protect its borders, but to export terror. The world can no longer afford to look the other way.

According to documents filed in the Southern District of New York, a senior Indian intelligence operative Vikash Yadav, directed Nikhil “Nick” Gupta—an Indian national with a background in drug and arms trafficking to carry out assassinations in the US, Nepal, and Pakistan. The intended targets political activists, most notably a Sikh separatist leader and American citizen advocating for Khalistan, the Sikh homeland. Prosecutors claim that Yadav promised Gupta a plane-load of firearms from India and arranged their transfer to facilitate the killings. The scope of this conspiracy is staggering. It includes charges of murder-for-hire, arms smuggling, money laundering and international drug trafficking —clearly indicating a deep and well-resourced network, run with the blessing or at least the complicity of Indian intelligence. Gupta was arrested in the Czech Republic and extradited to the United States, where he now faces serious federal charges. This is not speculation— it is a case built on hard evidence, including digital messages, financial transactions, and testimony of undercover agents. None of this is shocking to us. For years, Pakistan has presented evidence of Indian involvement in terrorism on its soil but unfortunately these claims were not given any weight. Today, the United States is presenting the same story—with proof—on its own soil. It is a stark reminder that India’s ambitions do not stop at rhetoric or border politics—it is now actively exporting violence beyond its frontiers. The international community must stop appeasing India under the guise of economic or strategic interests. Every moment of silence only emboldens India further to expand its rogue operations and destabilise the region. Enough is enough. The facts are now undeniable. India’s actions have violated international law, endangered global peace and undermined the sovereignty of multiple nations. The mask has slipped. The diabolic face of Indian state policy— covert, violent, and deeply unethical now stands exposed. The world must not turn away.
