Techstirr unveils vision for Pakistan at Islamabad launch ceremony

Techstirr (Pvt.) Ltd. a leading global technology company, held its official launch ceremony in Pakistan with a star-studded event in Islamabad. Chaudhry Fawad Hussain Federal Minister for Technology and Science, Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui Federal Secretary for IT and Telecommunications, cricketer Shoaib Akhtar were some of the guests amongst many other government officials and members of the private business fraternity.
The event focused on Techstirr’s mission of ‘Technological Inception’, and its aim to digitize the government, private, and public sectors of Pakistan with its advanced strategic technological solutions and information technology portfolio.Techstirr is aiming to increase the GDP of Pakistan by implementing its technologies across various industries and giving Pakistani businesses a platform to go digital.
Federal Minister for Science and Technology, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain expressed his appreciation for Techstirr’s initiative by highlighting the significance for adopting to new technologies to bring social change and boost the Pakistani economy. He said that the people should keep an eye on the niche technologies and try to maximize the benefitsby using these technologies.
Further addressing the event, Federal SecretaryIT& Telecommunication, Shoaib Ahmad Siddiqui lauded the role of Techstirr’s commitment to boost the IT sector of Pakistan and stated that Techstirr is helping with the Prime Minister’s vision of bringing global technology companies to the country.
Chief Executive Officer, AR Chinoy,delivered the inaugural address, highlighting the scope of the IT sector in Pakistan, stating that “Pakistan cited its share in the digital economy with IT exports at $1.11 billion during the fiscal year 2020— a 12% growth on a year-over-year basis. It is high time for Pakistan to upgrade its digital infrastructure and become a leading exporter of IT products and services and Techstirr is here to make it happen, with the ultimate objective to raise economic growth.”
The event endedwith the special appearance from Tecshtirr’s Advisory Board member, Ms. Aya Sadder. Ms. Sadder is a leading technology entrepreneur globally.
