Tayyaba Gul on Thursday filed a petition in an accountability court in Lahore for an action against the former director general of NAB Lahore and other officers for registering false cases against her.
She made former director general of NAB Lahore Shahzad Saleem, Investigation Officer Sardar Imran Dogar and others parties in her petition.
“I was acquitted by the court in February 2021 in all the false cases,” Tayyaba Gul adopted before the court.
Accountability Court (No 1) Judge Asad Ali heard the petition. “You have filed the petition with a one-year delay. It is to be seen whether this application is now admissible or not,” he remarked.
