In a significant development aimed at bolstering higher education opportunities in Attock, Chancellor and Governor of Punjab, Sardar Saleem Haider Khan, chaired a crucial meeting at Governor House Lahore to review progress on the Attock Campus of Pir Meher Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi.
Emphasizing the pivotal role of higher education in national development, Chancellor Saleem Haider Khan underscored the urgency to expedite the completion of the Attock campus. He directed authorities to ensure swift activation of the campus and the prompt commencement of academic sessions.
“Providing higher education facilities in remote areas is paramount for the progress of our nation,” stated Chancellor Saleem Haider Khan during the meeting, highlighting the significance of extending educational opportunities beyond urban centers.
The meeting was attended by distinguished personalities including National Assembly member from Attock, Sheikh Aftab Ahmed, Pro Vice Chancellor of Pir Meher Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, Dr. Mohammad Naeem.
