Suzuki Alto remains one of the most selling hatchbacks of country’s oldest car manufacturer due to its affordability and fuel efficiency. The 660cc car evolved through several generations, each offering upgrades in design and features. The latest model features a new R06A engine, offering high mileage and efficient performance, especially in urban regions.
The car is also known for its compact size which makes it ideal for urban driving, although it has limited passenger and storage space. Despite competition from other cars in its category, Suzuki Alto remains popular in Pakistan due to its resale, parts availability and other factors.
The car’s build quality however raises so many questions. Some of its parts are flimsy while people also termed it over-priced as compared with Japanese cars. The car was first launched at price range around Rs1 million and its top of the line variant stands at around Rs3 million.
