The management of University of Sindh Jamshoro and World Wide Fund for Nature, Pakistan (WWF-P) has agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in order to work together to tackle environmental hazards.
In this regard, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) WWF-P Dr Tahir Rasheed called on the Vice Chancellor of University of Sindh Prof. Dr. Muhammad Siddique Kalhoro at his office on Friday and discussed in detail about partnership to improve environment in the varsity by planting saplings after inking a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
In his briefing to Vice Chancellor, Dr Tahir Rasheed informed that after signing MoU, the WWF-P would provide support and funding for the plantation drive at university aiming at protecting the environment.
