Punjab Minister for Industry and Commerce Mian Aslam Iqbal said that textile sector is an important sector of the national economy and problems of this sector will be solved on priority basis. “The government has taken various measures to boost industry, especially the textile sector.” Minister for Industry and Commerce Mian Aslam Iqbal was talking to a delegation All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA), led by its Chairman Adil Bashir. Issues being faced by the industrial sector were discussed during the meeting.
