In a bid to improve gas pressure for industrial, commercial, and domestic consumers in Karachi, Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has intensified its efforts. The company is set to connect a new 24-inch diameter, 31-kilometer-long transmission pipeline to its system on today (Sunday). According to the SSGC spokesperson, this pipeline integration will necessitate a temporary suspension of gas supply from 5 AM on July 28 today (Sunday) to 5 AM on July 29 (Monday) in several areas. Surjani Town: All sectors. North Karachi: All sectors. Manghopir Town, Qasba Town. Orangi Town: All sectors, North Nazimabad: All blocks, Federal B Area: All blocks, Gulberg: Including all blocks, Buffer Zone, SITE Industrial Area, Baldia Town, Ittehad Town, Mauri Pur. Central affected areas, Gulshan-e-Maimar, Ahsanabad, Jehangir Goth, SITE Super Highway and surrounding areas.
