One of Pakistan’s iconic economists who passed away in September this year, DrWaqarMasood Khan was remembered and paid glowing tributes by speakers, friends and family members at a reference organized by the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) Islamabad here Monday.
Speakers called him a distinguished economist whose contributions to the country particularly resurrecting its economy during inflation, energy and such crises will be remembered long.
