Social Welfare and Bait ul Maal department Rawalpindi has geared up public awareness activities regarding cornonavirus prevention.
Giving details, the Director Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Aslam Maitla informed that directions has been issued to all functionaires of Social Welfare department in Rawalpindi division to organize regular activities with the cooperation of social welfare organizations to educate community members about corona prevention.
Aslam Maitla said that in accordance with the instructions of Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Capt. (Retd) Muhammad Mehmood and DC Rawalpindi Capt. (Retd) Muhammad Anwaar ul Haq, Social Welfare department is fully engaged in public awareness field activities for the prevention of corona. He said that corona virus is fatal and it is national obligation of all individual to ensure strict compliance of guidelines issued by the provincial government in this regard.
