Six injured in van-dumper collision

Six persons on board a van including a woman was injured, two of them critical as a speedy passenger van recklessly driven by a driver badly collided with dumper on GT road near Fatehullah village in limits of Hassanabdal Police station on Sunday.

The rescue 1122 and hospital sources said that the Nowshera bound passengers van coming from Rawalpindi when reached near Fatehullah, the van driver rammed the vehicle in to a dumper which was taking U turn resultantly six persons on board van were injured.

The injured were identified as Farooq Khan, Muhammad Sadiq, Aftab Alam, Zahid Gull, Aabid Khan and Bibigull.

The injured were taken to THQ hospital Hassanabdal from where two were shifted to Rawalpindi due to their critical head injuries. Police while quoting the victim said that the injured belongs to Nowshera.
