Business and social personality of Sheffield, UK, Syed Mohammad Kazmi was also present on the occasion.

Ali Raza Syed said that the people of Kashmir would not hesitate to render any sacrifice for the freedom of Kashmir. He said, every Kashmiri is an ambassador of freedom of Kashmir and stability of Pakistan and there is a need for better policy towards the European Union so that national interests are not harmed.

“We need to make the world aware of the dire situation in Kashmir through our diplomacy,” he said, adding, the KCEU is planning to hold a Kashmir Week in the European Parliament soon.

Speaking on the occasion, Sardar Tahir Tabassum said that permanent peace in the region was impossible without resolving the Kashmir dispute by giving the Kashmiris their right to self-determination.
