Sindh ombudsman ensures swift action on public complaints

Sindh Ombudsman Mohammad Sohail Rajput ordered immediate action to address a public complaint, resulting in the provision of drinking water to residents of Jinnah Colony, Latifabad No. 12. The residents had lodged a complaint with the Sindh Ombudsman’s office, citing WASA Hyderabad’s failure to supply clean drinking water.

Upon receiving the complaint, Ombudsman Rajput summoned the Managing Director of WASA Hyderabad and the Executive Engineer of Latifabad Water Supply (M) Division to his office. He directed them to ensure an immediate supply of drinking water to the affected residents of Jinnah Colony.
