Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lashed out at the Sindh government for rising fascist tendencies to silence the political opponents. Speaking at the press conference here on Thursday flanked by PTI senior leader Imran Ismail, PTI Central Senior Vice President Fawad Chaudhry said that if someone wanted to see any face of fascism, it was the Sindh government.

He urged that the Sindh government should release Haleem Adil Sheikh who was merely being punished for his loyalty with Chairman PTI Imran Khan. Fawad said that the Sindh government would get nothing by such brutal tactics, as the PPP should be ready to face PML-N like thrashing at the hands of the PTI in the forthcoming elections. He stated that there was no such thing as the government in the country, as the federation was silent on all the problems facing the country.

Bilawal Bhutto did not go to his office for twelve days, which spoke volume of his non-seriousness to run the affairs of his ministry, he added. He said that Bilawal Bhutto was living in a dream world and know nothing. “Tariq Fatemi went to America to do lobbying for Shahbaz Sharif, however, he faced failure in the lobbying,” he maintained.

Fawad said that Shehbaz Sharif and Bilawal Bhutto were busy in hatching conspiracy against the judiciary while the rupee was fast depleting, as it lost its value by 62 against the dollar in just 100 days. He went on to say that the country was facing myriad crises at present, as the dollar was going up at alarm pace and the stock market was nose-diving. Therefore, he stated that in such situation, ‘we have to set the election date and if the government resisted it, then the PTI must send the government home sans any further delay.
