PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has said that the overseas Pakistanis are playing their active role in the national development. This he said during a meeting with party’s president in the US Mian Zakir Hussain who called on him in Lahore on Saturday to inquire after his health.
Ch Shujaat’s son Shafay Hussain, MNA Ch Salik Hussain, Prof Nadir Zafar and Rana Khalid Manzoor were also present in the meeting that also discussed the prevailing political situation in the country and the state of Pakistan-US relations.
Ch Shujaat said the link with overseas Pakistanis has been since the time of his father Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi Shaheeh. . “I thank all the overseas Pakistanis who have prayed for my good health,” he added.
