The Islamabad police arrested seven suspects and recovered weapons during search operations conducted in various areas of Secretariat police station, a police spokesman said on Thursday.
In line with special directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Muhammad Aamir Zulfiqar Khan grand targeted search and combing operations were underway in federal capital.
