Session on Women entrepreneurship in current scenario held

The Women University Multan held a session on “Women entrepreneurship in current scenario and Idea Design Competition” through BIC, ORIC. It was an awareness session on Idea Design Competition by Miss Wardah Iftekhar, Project Manager, FCTEW and about opportunities for Women entrepreneurship by Prof. Dr. Mubashir Mehdi, Director BIC, MNSUAM.

During this session, Project Manager, FCTEW briefed the audience that Idea Design Competition is live now at The Women University Multan that will be funded by Shahoor Foundation. Further she shared experiences that proper utilization of skills can result in successful business and guided participation Idea Design Competition.

The Winner Faculty members and students will be awarded grant funding by the Foundation for start-ups within the University. Moreover, Prof. Dr. Mubashir Mehdi supported the fact that female entrepreneurs can contribute substantially to economic growth in Asia particularly in developing countries.—INP
