The security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation on Saturday in general area of Mir Ali in the North Waziristan district, killing a terrorist involved in activities against forces and civilians, the military said in a statement.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations, during the conduct of the operation, intense fire exchange took place between the troops and terrorists.
