Scholarships for modern training for three police officials approved

Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is providing full support and patronage to creative police officers, in continuation of which, IG Punjab has taken an initiative to train the police employees who have the talent of painting.IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has approved scholarships to three police officers for modern training courses from National College of Arts, Lahore. Muhammad Imtiaz of Lahore Traffic Police, Senior Traffic Warden of Faisalabad ShahidMasih and Wireless Operator of Dolphin Force GulZain were awarded scholarships and the fees for the training courses of the three officials have been paid from the Punjab Police Welfare Fund.

IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the three employees will undergo advanced training course in professional skills of painting from National College of Arts. Dr. Usman Anwar said that the police employees who have the talent of creative activities are a valuable asset of the department, all possible measures will be taken for the welfare and encouragement of such talented and dutiful officers and officials.

Meanwhile, Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is ensuring regular measures for the health welfare of police force, in continuation of which more than 10 lakh rupees have been issued for the payment of medical expenditures of the force belonging to various districts.

According to the details, Lahore Police Constable Muhammad Imran was given two and a half lakh rupees for the treatment of his wife’s cancer. 02 lakh 50 thousand rupees were given to the wife of the late Constable Muhammad Ajmal of Dera Ghazi Khan Police for treatment. Retired ASI Zulfiqar Ali was given two and a half lakh rupees for his wife’s cancer treatment. One lakh rupees was given to the wife of sub-inspector Muhammad Hussain to pay medical expenses. Driver Constable NaveedAjmalSulehri was given Rs. 01 lakh for the treatment of spinal card problem, whereas NaveedAnjum, constable of Rahim Yar Khan Police, was given Rs. 01 lakh for the treatment of brain fungus.

IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar directed that to continue the measures for health welfare of police employees. IG Punjab said that no police personnel or their family members suffering from medical problems will be left alone.
