Justice Umar Atta Bandial remarked that it is possible that hearing extended too long and this sought of hearing could not be heard on Friday.
Justice Aijaz Ul Ahsan asked that “why were you hurry in the SC? if you wanted to remove name from ECL then contact to a trial court, to which Rao Anwar counsel responded that his client name was put on the ECL on the SC orders and they could not go to the trial court after the SC orders.
