Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has intensified its operations against illegal constructions across various districts of the city, including District South, Central, West, and East. In its recent actions, 15 unlawfully constructed floors and structures were demolished. Additionally, two petrol pumps located in Garden West and Jamshed Town 1 were sealed due to the absence of NOC for additional installation.
The SBCA’s demolitions were carried out on several plots, including Plot B-71 Block 13, FB Area, Plot B-62 Block 17, FB Area, Plot 4/4 2J Nazimabad 2, Plot 77 EM Haji Mansion, Plot street No. 6, Bahar Colony Lyari, Plot 6/4 2A Nazimabad 2, Plot 8/10 1F Nazimabad 1, Plot 2402 Nayaabad, Lyari Town, Plot A-22 Block 11, Scheme 24, Gulshan 1, Plot 7/5 3C Nazimabad 3, District Central, Plot 257 Jamshed Town 1, Plot near Azad Clinic Nova Lane UC 5 Lyari Town, Plot 380 GRW Garden West (Petrol Pump), Plot 246 JM Jamshed Town 1 (Petrol Pump).
