Sadia highlights govt’s commitment to youth empowerment

On International Youth Day, SadiaJaved, Sindh Government Spokesperson and Member of the Sindh Assembly (MPA), extended her heartfelt greetings to the youth of Sindh and Pakistan. She praised their essential role in shaping the nation’s future and driving its progress. In her address, SadiaJaved highlighted the Sindh Government’s commitment to youth empowerment through progressive policies. “Our youth are central to the province’s development.

Their energy, creativity, and innovation lay the groundwork for our future. Under the leadership of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the Sindh Government has made significant efforts to provide education, skills, and opportunities to help young people thrive.” Reflecting on this year’s theme, “From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development,” Javed emphasized the importance of digital literacy. “In the digital age, ensuring our youth have access to technology and the skills to use it is crucial.

The Sindh Government is dedicated to bridging the digital divide and enabling all young people to engage fully in the digital economy.” SadiaJaved also honored the legacy of Quaid-e-AwamShaheedZulfikar Ali Bhutto and ShaheedMohtarma Benazir Bhutto, who championed youth rights and empowerment.

She noted that ShaheedMohtarma Benazir Bhutto established the Youth Affairs Division to focus on addressing youth issues and their development. She recalled Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s words: “The future of the country depends on the quality of thinking and the direction of thought of the youth.
