Naeem Hanif, known for sharing behind-the-scenes gossip about celebrities, alleged that in April 2003, Saba Qamar lived in Lahore with a man with whom she was reportedly involved. According to him, when the relationship did not lead to marriage, the man allegedly began harassing her.
