The country was on the verge of destruction due to the looting of the rulers. The poverty & economic depression was the cause of usurious system & the country was now facing insolvent politically & economically.
These views were expressed by Ameer Jamaat Islami Siraj-ul-Haq while addressing a massive public gathering organized by Jamaat-e-Islami Badin chapter against poverty, inflation, unemployment and usurious system at Al-Aqsa Ground, Badin. Addressing the participants of gathering, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Chief said those who have marched from Karachi to Islamabad against poverty and inflation why were silent on the increasing day by day poverty and unemployment in the province Sindh.
He said that people of Pakistan were supporting the Jamaat-e-Islami for making corruption free Islamic Pakistan while assuring the public gathering he vowed to abolish the system of usury & implement the system of Zakat & charity in the country. ‘Jamaat-e-Islami will provide the allowance to unemployed youth & elderly & would distribute the land among poor farmers’ he added.
