Robber gang busted, looted valuables recovered

The police busted a four-member robber gang, recovered looted cash, snatched mobile phones and arms from their possession here on Tuesday.

The Dolphin Squad signaled to stop four suspects riding two motorcycles near Sher Rabbani Chowk in Nawab Town, Lahore but they instead of stopping sped the scene.

The Dolphin Squad chased the fleeing bikers and held them in nearby locality.

During search, the police recovered nine snatched mobile phones, looted cash and arms from possession of the detainees identified as Luqman, Muhammad Ali, Nazim and Mehmood Hussain.

In preliminary investigation, the nabbed robbers admitted that they were fleeing after robbing a pharmacy besides other robbery incidents.

The police after registering different cases against them have started investigations.
