Relief goods handed over to Afghan earthquake victims

Additional Assistant Commissioner Wana Dr. Sadiq Ali and Additional Assistant Commissioner Razmak Shahid Iqbal handed over the relief goods sent by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to the Afghan government at Pak-Afghan border Angor Ada. According to details, several trucks of goods sent by the provincial government and Provincial Minister for Relief Iqbal Wazir through PDMA were handed over to the Afghan earthquake victims under the supervision of District Administration of South and North Waziristan.

Additional Assistant Commissioner Wana Dr. Sadiq Ali and Additional Assistant commissioner Razmak Shahid Iqbal Pak Afghan handed over to relevant Afghan government officials at Border. According to district administration officials, the relief items included hygiene kits, tents, water coolers, kitchen sets and foam. As a result of the special efforts of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mehmood Khan and Provincial Minister for Relief Iqbal Wazir, the district administration, through PDMA officials, delivered relief goods to the Afghan brothers in a timely manner.

Afghan representatives and elders appreciated Pakistan’s cooperation with the earthquake victims by the provincial government in this hour of natural disaster and ordeal, the locals also expressed happiness. On this occasion, the district administration officials said that in this difficult time, we will continue all possible cooperation with the Afghan brothers.
