Regional ombudsman lauds K-Electric efforts

CEO K-electric Syed Moonis Abdullah met today with Senior Advisor, Regional Incharge Wafaqi Mohtasib Syed Anwar Haider in Regional Mohtasib Office, Karachi.

Syed Anwar Haider, while appreciating the role of K-electric said that K- Electric improved their performance and it is good gesture that no death resulted from electrocution reported during recent rainfall.

The Regional Incharge hoped the co-operation and mutual understanding in their bilateral relations while providing relief to public.

He said that it is the utmost priority to solve the problems of Public and to provide relief to them and K-electric is cooperating in this cause. He further informed that 7000 to 8000 complaints are received in a year averagely and K-electric implements to address the complaints within 30 days.
