Commissioner Karachi Navid Ahmed Shaikh visited on Friday the Royal Park project site to inspect the ongoing demolition work there. He was accompanied by the Additional Commissioner Karachi -I Asad Ali Khan and Additional Deputy Commissioner East IrfanSalam . The commissioner was briefed about the progress of the demolition and told that the all efforts are being made to complete the work within the deadline the Supreme court has given. The Commissioner said that the Deputy Commissioner east has been asked to ensure the demolition work should complete within the deadline fixed by the apex court. The Commissioner also visited theTejori Heights tower. During his visit the commissionerwas told that the possession of the Tower has been taken by the DC as per instruction of the Supreme Court. Later the Commissioner visited the Nasla Tower .He directed the DC to prepare a comprehensive report regarding this building’s land record in compliance of the orders of honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan.
