Punjab Minister for Industry and Commerce Mian Aslam Iqbal has said that a strong economy is possible only through rapid industrial development. An effective strategy has been adopted for this purpose. 10 special economic zones have been established in the province.
These views were expressed by him while addressing the swearing in ceremony of the newly elected office bearers of Tanneries Association Dinpur Kasur on Thursday. The provincial minister administered oath to the newly elected office bearers and congratulated them.
Addressing the event, Mian Aslam Iqbal said that there is a conducive environment for investment in the special economic zones. World-class industrial infrastructure has been provided in the industrial estates.
