Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz PML-N senior leader Rana Sanullah said that he hoped Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Central Executive Committee (CEC) will support the decisions taken by the PDM leadership. “PDM has resignations and a long march option against the government.”
He claimed that despite every negative tactic, people participated in the PDM’s Minar-e-Pakistan public gathering. He explained that when it was announced that PDM would go this way or that way on December 13 that actually meant PDM would arrange the jalsa at all costs. He alleged that the incumbent government tried all tactics to stop the jalsa and traffic routes were blocked all the day in the metropolis.
The PML-N leader alleged the government stopped the catering services companies from providing the chairs and transportation to the PDM venue.
Earlier in the day, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) CEC, CWC, National Assembly and Senate members’ joint meeting paid tribute to PML-N Vice President successful jalsa at Minar-e-Pakistan. Raja Zafarul Haq, Mushahidullah Khan and Khwaja Asif paid tribute to Maryam Nawaz Sharif for mobilizing and activating the party workers and said Maryam Nawaz deserved praise for making the PML-N dynamic and active by giving it a new life and passion. PML-N leaders said despite PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif outside the country and Shahbaz Sharif being in jail, the unity, coordination and solidarity with which Maryam Nawaz Sharif has led the party is exemplary.
