Dubai, the tourism hub in the UAE, is expected to extend the operating hours of its shopping malls and restaurants in upcoming holy month of Ramazan 2026, following the tradition of offering more flexibility for visitors during the month.
Like previous years, most shopping centers in Dubai will remain open throughout the day, with extended hours after Iftar.
Many malls and restaurants are expected to stay open late into the night, offering more convenience to shoppers and diners.
Although the official operating hours for Ramazan 2026 have yet to be confirmed, it is expected that most malls will follow a similar schedule to the previous year. Mirdif City Centre and City Centre Deira are likely to operate from 10 am to 1 am, with restaurants remaining open until 2 am.
Dubai Festival City Mall and City Walk are expected to stay open until midnight, with food outlets offering service until 1 am.
Other major shopping destinations like Arabian Centre, Nakheel Mall, Dragon Mart, and Outlet Village will also adjust their hours to accommodate the Ramadan schedule.
Food courts and cafes will continue to serve non-fasting individuals, children, the elderly, and those exempt from fasting during the day, while restaurants will introduce special Iftar menus and Ramadan offers.
Cinemas will also adjust their operating hours for Ramadan, with Vox Cinemas, Reel Cinemas, and Roxy Cinemas likely to open around 1 or 2 pm and run movies until late at night.
